Hi, I’m Claire, a passionate bridal hair and makeup artist based in Ponteland, Northumberland. I live with my two wonderful children, Owen and Grace, and our not-so-friendly cat Millie. Nature is my happy place, and I love exploring the Lakes, Bolam Lake, and Wark with my gorgeous fiancé, Paul. Horses have been a lifelong love of mine, and being a mum is my greatest joy.
My journey into hair and makeup began in 2018 when I took a leap of faith, leaving my corporate estate agency role to pursue my dream of creating a bridal hair and makeup business. Fast forward to today, and I’m proud to run a multi-award-winning wedding business that brings me so much happiness.
Nothing excites me more than helping brides feel incredible on their wedding day. My style is modern, natural, and timeless – glowing skin and soft, effortless hair are my signature. From our first chat to the big day, I ensure a relaxed, organised experience so you can soak in every precious moment.

How Do I secure My Booking?
Do you have a minimum booking value?
Yes, we have a minimum day rate of £500.00 for 2024 dates, £550.00 for 2025 dates and £600.00 for 2026 dates. Bank Holidays may be subject to additional fees.
Can I arrange to meet you before I book?
Yes – I love meeting my Brides and hearing all about their wedding plans. Zoom/video call is the perfect way for us to do this. I’m always happy to arrange a call!
Can I book in for a Bridal preview?
It’s very rare that brides want to come in for a bridal preview prior to securing their date with me. If this is something that’s important to you, please just ask. I’ll always try to accommodate you.
Are their different payment options?
I’m happy for you to pay your balance off in monthly installments but the booking fee payment must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your date.
Which locations do you cover?
How far ahead is your diary open for bookings?
My diary is currently open for 2025 and 2026 dates. I currently have a waitlist for 2027 dates – please drop me an email to register your interest for 2027.
Can I add to my booking? I'm not sure how many people are wanting to book in for hair and makeup yet?
Absolutely! Securing your date is the most important thing as my diary fills up really quickly. I’m happy to add to your booking up to 60 days before your Wedding date.
What happens if you are poorly and not able to make it on my wedding day?
Try not to worry, in the event of me being unable to attend your wedding date my amazing team will step in.
Do you only use cruelty free products?
Whenever possible yes, I feel really passionate about clean, ethical beauty and using cruelty free products is at the heart of my business. Vegan products available on request.
Which brands do you use?
Ooohhh….so many! I’m addicted to buying makeup. Some of my favourite brands are Charlotte Tilbury, Milk, Becca, Bare Minerals, Face Atelier, LimeLife by Alcone, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Hourglass, Pixi, IT and so many more!
I have sensitive skin, are you still able to help me?
Yes, my kit contains products for all skin types.
I'm thinking about having a spray tan for my wedding day, how will this affect things?
I’d definitely recommend having a spray tan for your bridal preview too. This will ensure that the shades and products we use perfectly match your skin tone.
Why Vegan and Cruelty Free?
Animal testing in the cosmetics industry is cruel and unnecessary. That is why I have chosen to use makeup and skincare products which are cruelty free wherever possible.
I feel we have been duped by some of the big names in beauty over the years into thinking their products were actually ‘good for us’. I now realise that this is most certainly not the case!
Many of the staples you trust for their beauty benefits are harbouring nasty ingredients that can actually cause us harm. We now know that cumulative expose to toxins is dangerous. Its a shocking statistic that the average woman wears over 500 chemicals a day !
You can rest assured the products I use not only give amazing results, they are also a treat for your skin. I am really passionate about limiting mine and my clients exposure to harmful chemicals and toxins, thankfully lots of my favourite brands feel the same way.
The vast majority of our products are 100% cruelty free. Many of them are also Vegan.
If you would like the products we use for your services to be 100% Vegan just ask, we are happy to do this.
