It’s vitally important to discuss the look and feel you’re wanting to create with an experienced Hair and Makeup Artist like myself. I am able to guide you to ensure that the Hair Style and Makeup you choose enhances your features, brings out your natural beauty and ties in with your chosen theme.

The Countdown to your wedding

Preparing for your wedding is an important part of the process. I recommend that we start talking all things ‘Wedding Prep’ as soon as you have secured your date with me. I am able to assess your skin, discuss any concerns you have and recommend the perfect products for you to use. If your skin is looking its best for your big day you will feel even more radiant. Glowing skin is always in!

Your Wedding bridal preview

A pre wedding preview is essential for us both so we can get to know one another and work together on your desired look. Having a preview allows you to relax and enjoy your wedding morning knowing exactly how the finished look will be.
No one wants to walk down the aisle not looking or feeling like themselves so my main importance is that you feel the best version of you. We are all different, some people love makeup and wear it everyday, for others it can be a daunting prospect. That’s where I come in, even if you don’t wear a lot of makeup on a day to day basis you may still be wanting help and advice from me on how you can achieve a naturally beautiful makeup for your wedding day. I offer a service for each individual bride, I want to create YOUR dream bridal look!
I’ll be in touch a few months before your wedding date to book in your preview. Previews typically take place 6-8 weeks before your Wedding date.
Previews take place in our studio in Ponteland. Thursday’s are our preview days. I often get asked for preview appointments on Fridays and Saturdays, I can’t accommodate this as these are my busiest days for wedding bookings. Previews need to take place during daylight hours – its so important to see your makeup in natural light. Its helpful if you bring along pictures of your dress, we will talk about the style of your dress, colours of your Bridesmaid dresses, flowers, veil and any accessories you are planning to have in your hair. Together we can then work to create your perfect look. Oh, and don’t forget to wear a white or cream top and come makeup free! Previews last between 1.5 and 2 hours.
I get just as excited as you do about your big day and I absolutely LOVE talking about your ideas and plans. Feel free to ask my advice, show me your ideas – anytime!
On the Wedding Day 


I am very organised and hopefully that will fill you with confidence. I will prepare a schedule prior to the big day – I like to ensure that everyone will be ready with plenty of time to spare. I usually aim to have everyone ready at least 45 – 60 minutes before you need to be so there is plenty of time for photos and family time and I am even happy to stay for those last minute for touch ups and to attach your veil and hair accessories.

For larger Wedding party’s I am assisted by members of my team, experienced Hair and Makeup Artists who have been handpicked by me. They share my love of creating naturally beautiful, cruelty free hair and makeup

Essentially you’ll only do this once and It’s really important to me that you feel happy and confident every step of the way – feel free to ask me anything. I will always be as helpful as I can.

Claire made me and my bridal party wedding ready with our hair and makeup! Wedding Pricing 2024/25

Luxury bridal package includes travel to you on the morning of your wedding, full creative Hair Styling and Professional Makeup Application. (Cruelty free and vegan services available on request.)
Friday/Saturday/Sunday bookings subject to a minimum booking fee of £500.00 2024, £550.00 2025 and £600 2026 dates.
Bank Holidays may be subject to additional charges
Complimentary 20 miles of travel (10 miles each way) to the wedding day to venue. Travel thereafter is charged at 45p per mile from my home address NE20. Journeys over 1 hour in length are subject to a travel time fee of £10.00 per hour thereafter. Overnight accommodation may be required for locations more than 2 hours away, depending on the size of your wedding party and ceremony starting time.

Want to extend your VIP concierge experience from day till night, we have two VIP package add ons.

VIP Stay On Service – we stay on at your getting ready location/then move to your venue. We are there to touch up your hair and makeup, happy tears, kisses on cheeks. I’ll then wait at your venue until just after your ceremony – and makeup sure you’re perfect for those all Important bridal and couples portrait pics. from £100.00

 Evening Restyle – Lots of our brides choose to have us come back to either freshen up their hair and makeup ready for their evening celebrations or do a complete restyle and create a new look altogether – great if you are also changing your dress! from £150.00
